Private software and publishing firm INTERMEX was founded in 1990 with its head-office in Belgrade and branch offices abroad.

IndOK is made for Windows 95/98/ME/NT4/2000/XP setting. Extremely easy to apply. Makes possible communication (marking and copying parts of text you need, printing and data filing) with other Windows applications (for instance Microsoft Word), coupled with automatic conversion into a code schedule needed when making copies (CP-1250, Yuscii, Cyrillic).

This special software offers you a simple way of finding and choosing necessary models for your contracts, as well as their survey and printing. These models may serve in creating and adapting specific document versions that may be recorded and exchanged with other users of Intermex PCC program.

Integrated text processor is an easy tool for adjusting and changing the text of your contract. All commands are in Serbian, while all necessary options are integrated in the processor, so that you may work freely with the text: choose a letter type (font), mark and copy, search, print, adjust the way of survey, etc. Program commands are compatible with accepted standards (Microsoft Word).

Customs Tariff and Legislation

Complete customs tariff - rates, quotas, preferentials, export and import regimes, merchandise items in English (according to harmonized system of in force in the European Union, combined with domestic tariff), dues, taxes, duties and excise taxes, cipher codes… A merchandise items Index, with domestic customs tariff cross-references. Corresponding legislative acts (customs duty, foreign exchange, taxation, foreign trade), etc.

Export Import Manager - EXIM

Special program package to work with forms used in foreign trade business - 745 and 1450, as well as for filling out foreign trade prescribed Control Sheet. It makes an easy job of filling out and printing of forms as well as monitoring the realization, operation control and report creation in the sphere of foreign trade.

Electronic monitoring, realization and control of foreign trade transactions, with daily, on-line monitoring of Customs Tariff and of all foreign trade, customs, foreign exchange and taxation precepts and instruments applicable in the sphere of import and export.

Intermex EXIM enables you to fill out and print standard forms used in foreign trade transactions:

- Payment order (form 745)

- Application for a letter of credit (form 1450)

Possibility of choice of Latin or Cyrillic characters for every single form, with complete use of Multilanguage support in the Windows setting.

The screen for form filling out corresponds completely to standard paper forms, so that orientation and making form entries becomes an easy job for every user.

Filling out is also made easier through making a simpler choice of code-letter columns (country, foreign currency, kind of transaction, etc.) from integrated code-letter book, and copying of data from clients’ directory.

Connection with the ICT Program (Intermex Customs Tariff) facilitates copying of data concerning goods specified in the customs tariff.

Filling out, printing and filing of documents used in the customs procedure - uniform customs document (JCI and JCI-BIS), customs report document (CIPR, CIPR-BIS), specification intended for clearing temporarily imported or exported goods, change of data sheet.

Using the program speeds up considerably the process of filling out of relevant forms with maximum reliability. Logical control and blocking of entries is integrated in the program as well (in conformity with the Book of Rules relating to contents and use of customs procedure documents), These may be turned off easily.

An integrated set of code-letters enables you to make direct entries of coded columns. Assistance system at making entries offers additional information relating to every field, as well as description of column contents, filling out instructions, relevant advice with examples…

Printing of ready customs procedure documents is done on standard forms, with Serbian letters. Possibility of fine adjustment depending on the kind of printer used.

The option of exchange and copying of data from the Intermex ICT program (Customs Tariff) and Intermex EXIM (reporting and monitoring of foreign trade transactions) makes possible automatic copying of all data relating to chosen denomination.

The Intermex CAR may be used also for keeping files of all customs documents, including survey, reprint, changes and corrections of entries made, etc. Search is possible according to various criteria, such as customs declaration, date, client, goods… Entries already made may be used as models for filling out new documents of similar contents.
